நிலையில்லாத வருமானம் உள்ள பத்திரிகையாளர் குடும்பங்களில், நெருக்கடி வரும் போது முதலில் பாதிக்கப்படுவது பிள்ளைகளின் படிப்புதான். அதைத் தடுப்பதே SIJU கல்வி உதவியின் நோக்கம்.
பத்திரிகையாளர்களின் பிள்ளைகளுக்கும், வருமானம் குறைந்த குடும்ப மாணவர்களுக்கும் பள்ளி மற்றும் கல்லூரி படிப்புக்கு உதவித்தொகை வழங்குகிறோம். தொகை மாணவரின் வங்கிக் கணக்கிற்கு நேரடியாக செலுத்தப்படுகிறது.
2024-ல் நடந்த விழாவில் மாணவர்கள் தங்கள் குடும்பத்துடன் மேடையேறி உதவித்தொகை பெற்றனர். 2026-ல் 350 மாணவர்களுக்கு உதவுவதே எங்கள் இலக்கு.
In journalists’ families with irregular income, children’s education is often the first thing to suffer when a crisis hits. SIJU’s education help exists to stop that.
We give scholarships for school and college to the children of journalists and to students from low-income families. The money is paid directly into the student’s bank account.
At the 2024 ceremony, students came up on stage with their families to receive their scholarships. In 2026, our goal is to support 350 students.
