What we collect
When you fill in a form on this website (membership, scholarship, volunteer, pledge or contact), we receive the details you enter — such as your name, phone number, email, district and any documents you choose to send, like a Press ID or income certificate.
How we use it
We use your details only to respond to you and to process your request: to register members, assess scholarship applications, organise volunteers and campaigns, and keep in touch about SIJU’s work. We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.
Who can see it
Only authorised SIJU office-bearers and staff handle your information. Bank details shared for scholarships are used only to pay the scholarship.
Form submissions travel over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection and are stored on SIJU’s website server. They are not shared with outside services, and only authorised people can open them.
Cookies and outside services
This website remembers your language choice in your own browser. It loads fonts from Google Fonts and a map from Google Maps, which may collect basic technical data under their own policies.
